Bulk material handling roller is also called sealed idler, it is mainly applied as belt supporting roller of bulk in mining or dock, also could be applied in hard environment of timber processing or outdoor and rainy condition.
The roller adopts labyrinth sealed structure, form a complex, curing and matched labyrinth channel between inside and outside sealing parts, well waterproof and dustproof.

Usually Mounting Method of R1700 Bulk Material Handling Roller-Flat milling
1. Originated from the mining idler, the round end of roller is machined flat to fix into the frame groove. Assembly and disassembly is very easy.
2. Roller radial direction is not bound, so it is suitable for supporting roller of belt conveyor, but not suitable for sprocket roller, poly-vee roller or other drive roller.
3. Creating other mounting way of end hole fixed with the frame, completely delete the possibility of shaft roating, mainly applied in adjustable accumulation roller.
